How We Audit

A search visibility review is how every engagement starts, and the free audit is a lighter version of it. This page explains what we look at, how we decide what matters and what you receive.

What we review

  • Crawling and indexing. Whether search engines can reach your important pages and which ones are actually in the index.
  • Technical health. Site structure, redirects, canonical tags, mobile usability, page speed and structured data.
  • On-page signals. Titles, descriptions, headings, copy and internal links on your key pages.
  • Content coverage. The searches your buyers make compared with the pages you have to answer them.
  • Authority signals. The relevance and quality of the sites that link to you compared with competitors.
  • Conversion paths. Whether a visitor who finds you can easily contact you.

How we prioritize

Every finding is rated by likely impact on visibility and enquiries, effort to fix and risk if left alone. The first items on your list are the ones with the best balance of the three, not the ones that are easiest to describe.

What you receive

A written summary of what we found, ranked by priority, in plain language. For a full engagement the review feeds directly into the scope and pricing we propose. There is no obligation to hire us after a free audit.

What we do not do

  • We do not promise rankings, traffic or revenue figures.
  • We label estimates as estimates and say what they are based on.
  • We do not hide findings that make our own recommendations look less necessary.
