Donations
Donations made to Samatwam Yog Sewa Trust through this website are voluntary contributions made in support of our charitable programmes — education support, Gau Seva (cow protection), and support for individuals and families facing critical illness.
Refunds
As donations are used promptly to support ongoing programmes, refunds are generally not provided once a donation has been successfully processed. If you believe a donation was made in error — for example, a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount — please contact us within [7 days] of the transaction at the email or phone number on our Contact page, along with your payment reference / transaction ID.
Approved refund requests will be processed to the original method of payment within [7–10 business days], subject to the payment gateway's own processing timelines.
Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If an amount is debited from your account but no donation confirmation is received, please do not attempt the payment multiple times. Contact us with your bank/UPI reference number and we will verify the transaction and either issue a receipt or arrange a refund if the payment did not reach us.
Monthly / Recurring Donations
You may cancel a recurring monthly donation at any time by contacting us; cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. Amounts already processed prior to a cancellation request follow the refund terms above.
